Taste is more than pleasure. It is how you judge what is worth another bite.

Around 1300, the English word already meant to try the quality or flavor of something. The judgment was there from the beginning.

You make that judgment every time you eat. Does the richness need something bright? Does the heat leave room for flavor? Is the last bite as good as the first?

That is where our standards have to show up. Not in what we say about the food, but in what you taste.

The Orange Taco starts with brisket smoked for fourteen hours. Fresh-cut orange zest brings the brightness. Nothing on it is bought in.

The Spicy Barbacoa gets eight hours, chuck roll and chipotle. The point is not simply heat. It is knowing how much is enough.

On the Fancy Chicken, every element has a job: basil aioli and buttermilk ranch bring richness; radish brings crunch; microgreens, dill and lemon zest keep it fresh.

And the Orange Cauliflower gets the same care as the meat. The standard does not change because the ingredient does.

Care is the work. Pleasure is the point.

But a standard you cannot taste is only a claim. Try ours. Order online and take 10% off your first order. That part’s on us.

How it works
